The storage means (115) stores information on distribution of the raw material or fuel so as to be referred to from the outside. The unloading distribution plan is made so that the number of calling ports and the transport cost can be minimized under the restriction condition of at least the berth capacity and the yard stock capacity, and the transport management which is adequate, efficient and economical can be realized by sharing the information and the updated information.</p> |
