The vacuum pump has a rotor (1) driven by the vehicle engine, turning a vane in a casing. The rotor is made of plastic, in one piece. It may be produced by injection molding, with a cavity in it, open at the edge. This cavity may be fitted from the drive-side endface of the rotor or from the other endface of it. There may be at least two such cavities. |
