PURPOSE: Three-dimensional equipment useful for anaerobic exercise is provided to occur distortion of a grip part to generate three-dimensional trace and beneficially apply the trace to human body by making a grip link suitable for front/rear arc movement and right/left angular movement. CONSTITUTION: The equipment comprises a base frame(1); a grip link(2) axially connected to the base frame(1) at bottom end of the grip link(2) by axial connection with one portion(3a) of a "+" form of joint(3); an auxiliary link(4) connected to the other portion(3b) of the "+" form of joint(3) by a ball joint(5) at bottom end of the link(4); a side lever(7) axially mounted to top portion of the grip link(2) and connected to top end of the link(4) by another ball joint(8); and at least one handle(9) on the side lever(7) of the grip link(2). The equipment has three-dimensional distortion movement trace.
