There is provided substantially crystalline forms of 4-(ä3-Ä7-(3,3-dimethyl-2-oxobutyl)-9-oxa-3,7-diazabicycloÄ3.3.1Ünon-3-ylÜpropylüamino)benzonitrile; tert-butyl 2-ä7-Ä3-(4-cyanoanilino)propylÜ-9-oxa-3,7-diazabicyclo-Ä3.3.1Ünon-3-ylüethylcarbamate; tert-butyl 2-ä7-Ä4-(4-cyanophenyl)butylÜ-9-oxa-3,7-diazabicycloÄ3.3.1Ünon-3-ylüethylcarbamate; or tert-butyl 2-ä7-Ä(2S)-3-(4-cyanophenoxy)-2-hydroxypropylÜ-9-oxa-3,7-diazabicyclo-Ä3.3.1Ünon-3-ylüethylcarbamate and pharmaceutically-acceptable salts thereof, which compounds are useful in the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias.
