摘要 PURPOSE: Provided are a novel cell line producing a large quantity of plasma type platelet-activating factor acetylhydrolase(PAF-AH) in a stable manner, a preparation method thereof and a production method of the enzyme, PAF-AH using the same. The enzyme, PAF-AH is useful for prevention and treatment of diseases mediated by PAF. CONSTITUTION: A novel cell line producing plasma type platelet-activating factor acetylhydrolase(PAF-AH) is produced by cloning bovine plasma type PAF-AH gene to an eukaryote overexpression vector pCR3.1 and transforming an animal cell with the cloned vector, wherein the bovine plasma type PAF-AH gene consists of nucleotides positioned at 757 to 2094 in the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 3; the animal cell is HEK293; and the cell line is BGP8 (KCLRF-BP-00055). A mass production method of the PAF-AH comprises culturing the PAF-AH producing cell line BGP8 (KCLRF-BP-00055) in a medium, wherein the medium is a serum free medium or a protein free medium.
