<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wood type gold club head improving the flying distance and stabilizing directionality. <P>SOLUTION: In this large-sized wood type golf club head, the Young's modulus E of at least a part of a face part is 40-80 (GPa), the moment of inertia around a vertical axis passing the center of gravity of the head in the measuring state of the head grounded on a horizontal plane, inclining at a prescribed lie angle and face angle is 3000-4500 (g×cm<SP>2</SP>), and the center-of-gravity depth is 15-25 mm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
