<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of defectives by confirming deposited conditions of a joint surface inside resin without destroying the resin. <P>SOLUTION: The joint surface 14 between resin components 10, 12 is irradiated with incident rays 42.
