<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a bathtub having high quality and excellent mass-productivity at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: Because a molding 1 serving as a part of a bathtub body 16 is used as a male mold of a forming mold 10, a cost for the mold is only half of the cost for a conventional mold. Consequently, the manufacturing cost of the bathtub can be reduced to half of the conventional manufacturing cost. Because a formed resin layer 12 is molded by a cast molding system, the smoothness of the back surface of a product of the bathtub body 16 is high, and further the wall thickness of the product is even. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
