PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a printing agent retained in a screen hole of a screen mask and the printing agent turned to the back side of a screen mask by mechanically sucking the agents. SOLUTION: A screen mask cleaner 18 is mounted at a moving support base of an elastic squeegee 4 and a scraper 9. The cleaner 18 is formed in a spatula-state, and a slender suction port 18a is provided on its lower surface. The port 18a is connected to a vacuum unit via a hose. The cleaner 18 is mounted in parallel with the squeegee 4 and the scraper 9 in the advancing direction of the scraper 9. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
