PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof sheet or a waterproof tape extremely excellent in non-slip properties at least on the single surface thereof and excellent in durability, water resistance and nail hole sealability to be usable for a house, a building, especially, the periphery of a window or a sash and to further provide a waterproof sheet for preventing the staining of a contact part due to an asphalt-containing layer and having proper flexibility. SOLUTION: The waterproof sheet comprises (a) a synthetic resin film (1) layer, (b) a base material (1) layer, (c) a modified asphalt compound layer, (d) a base material (2) layer, and (e) a synthetic resin film (2) layer.
