AGENT FOR TREATING HEPATIC DISEASE BY HUMAN T CELL

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agent for treating hepatic disease effective for treating viral hepatitises such as hepatitis B and C and also hepatic diseases such as hepatic cirrhosis and hepatic cancer resulted from the viral hepatitises.

SOLUTION: The agent for treating hepatic disease containing a human Th1 cell or a human Th2 cell is provided. A treating agent containing new Th1 cell and Th2 cell is provided for the viral hepatitis, the hepatic cirrhosis and the hepatic cancer. The agent can be used together with an existing antiviral agent such as IFN and also can be used for recurrence prevention after surgical excision of the hepatic cancer. Thereby, the agent is medically remarkably useful since the treatment effect of the hepatic disease which is not sufficient up to now is improved.
