PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bonnet structure having a vibration preventing device capable of accurately locking a bonnet when locking, reducing cost by using may common members in bonnets between work vehicles of different specifications, and protecting the important devices inside the bonnets. SOLUTION: In a work vehicle having a bonnet 6 which can be opened/closed before or after covering an engine 5, vibration preventing members 32a, 32b are provided in the body and bonnet sides and arranged to abut on each other when opening or closing the bonnet, and the vibration preventing members 32a, 32b are disposed in the vicinity of the lower parts in both right and left sides of the opening/closing pivot point of the bonnet 6 and upper parts in both right and left sides of a radiator 20. The body side vibration preventing member 32a is attached to a shield plate 24 through a mounting member 33, and the mounting member 33 is replaceably attached to a front or rear surface of the cover plate 24.
