PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tufted mat made of polyolefin which is lightweight and shows excellent water resistance, flexibility, and draining performance. SOLUTION: A pile fabric 4 is formed by tufting pile fibers 3 made of polyolefin on a primary base fabric 2 made of polyolefin, and a polyolefin film 6 which is heated and melted is bonded to the back surface of the pile fabric 4 by air pressure. As a result, the tufted mat made of polyolefin features the structure that the polyolefin film 6 makes close contact with all over the surface along the unevenness made by the pile fibers 3.
