PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further enhance a sound-shielding property by reducing noise intruding or leaking out from a gap between a lower part of a door trim and a door inner panel utilizing a sound-shielding sheet. SOLUTION: The sound-shielding sheet is fixed with its upper end to a door inner panel 11, a door trim 12 or an inner weather strip 15 mounted on them between the door inner panel 11 and the door trim 12 of an automobile door D in which the door trim 12 for interior is mounted to the inside of a cabin of the door inner panel 11 such that at least a lower end 12a of the door trim 12 is positioned at the upper side than the lower end 11a of the door inner panel 11; and is provided such that it is hung from the upper side to the lower side like a curtain. The sound-shielding sheet is fixed to the indoor side of the door inner panel 11 in the state that a lower part 20a of the sound-shielding sheet 20 is projected from the lower end 12a of the door trim 12.
