<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for separating nucleated cells from urine in a short time by a simple method, wherein the cells can be applied to diagnosis, regeneration medicine and fundamental science research, and to provide an apparatus applicable to the method. <P>SOLUTION: The method for separating nucleated cells from the urine comprises removing materials larger than the nucleated cells from the urine, introducing the larger material-removed urine into a filter comprising a nucleated cell-trapping material to trap the nucleated cells and introducing a fluid into the filter to recover the trapped cells, and an apparatus applicable to the method is provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
