PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and positively present the relation between an exercise program and the future appearance of the body to an object person. SOLUTION: This exercise support system 10 is provided with a present body information acquiring means 100 for acquiring present body information on the present body of the object person; a desired body information input means 200 for inputting desired body information on the desired body of the object person; an exercise program computing means 300 for computing an exercise program on the basis of the acquired present body information and inputted desired body information; and a display means 400 for displaying the computed exercise program.
