PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold which suppresses a defective molding caused by drawing down, and by which a molded article having a beautiful appearance can be obtained, and a molding method using the mold in a heated continuous molding for a polypropylene resin expanded sheet. SOLUTION: After heating the continuous polypropylene resin expanded sheet in a heating furnace in which heaters are arranged, the resin expanded sheet is led to the position of a mold and molded by this mold structure. In the mold structure, a supporting member for supporting the expanded sheet is provided at least at one location on the side end part of the mold. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
