PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of changing the posture of a container with a brim, such as a syringe, with relatively compact and low-cost constitution. SOLUTION: This device 1 changes the posture of the container 2 by allocating endless belts 35, 36, 55, 56, 57, 58, 70, 71, 72, and 73, which are made of elastic material and wound between two rotation shafts in the twisting position, to at least one end of the container 2, and by rotating the posture of the container 2 around a horizontal shaft during the start to the end of the transportation.
