<p>FIELD: medicine, biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: cell culture medium includes: buffered serum-free solution containing the following ingredients: carbohydrate taken out of the group consisting of glucose and compound being biologically capable to produce glucose in mentioned lymphocytes, biologically useful form of pantothenic acid, choline or biologically applied form of a substance capable to produce choline in mentioned lymphocytes, inorganic ions including chloride, phosphate, calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium and iron in biologically digestive form, L-buthionine-[8. K.]- sulfoximine, deionized water, and mitogen in quantity being efficient for stimulating the mentioned lymphocytes; moreover, the mentioned buffered serum-free solution has pH ranged 6.8-7.6. The present method includes: inoculation of cell culture medium with lymphocytes followed by incubation and comparison against the control.
