FIELD: preparation of starting water for boiler plants; heat-power engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed boiler plant includes steam boiler, decarbonizer with pipes lines for decarbonizing water and air connected to it and preheater connected to decarbonizing water pipe line by medium being heated. Decarbonizing water preheater is connected to blow-down water pipe line. EFFECT: enhanced economical efficiency of boiler plant. 1 dwg
