DYEING COMPOSITION COMPRISING ANION- AND FAR INFRARED RAY- EMITTING MINERAL MATERIAL, AND DYEING AND PRINTING METHOD USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A dyeing composition comprising a mineral pigment and a dyeing and printing method using the composition are provided to perform the dyeing or printing process continuously on the fiber textile itself regardless of the kinds of fibers. CONSTITUTION: The dyeing composition comprises 1-40 wt% of a mineral pigment, 5-40 wt% of a water soluble polyurethane, 0.1-2 wt% of a tackifying agent and 15-94 wt% of water. The method for dyeing or printing comprises the steps of: adding 1-40 wt% of a mineral pigment to the mixing reactor containing 5-40 wt% of a water soluble polyurethane resin to carry out the coating of the pigment with the resin for 4-8 hours; adding 0.1-2 wt% of a tackifying agent to a separate mixing reactor containing 18-94 wt% of water to form a tackified product; adding the mineral pigment coated with the polyurethane resin to form a dyeing composition comprising the mineral pigment; introducing the dyeing composition into a dyeing bath and dipping a fiber textile such as a woven fabric or a knitted fabric into the bath to carry out padding with a pick up ratio of 50-100%; and drying the padded fiber textile with hot air at 150-200 deg.C to perform the fastening treatment.
