FIELD: apparatuses for applying oxide coatings onto parts, possibly restoration (with strengthening) of wells of housing of gear-type pumps. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes electrode, electrolyzer-bath, power source, tank for accumulating electrolyte, system for pumping electrolyte. Body of electrolyzer-bath is connected with first terminal of power source; electrode is connected with second terminal of power source. Electrode is in the form of two hollow cylinders mutually joined by bridge and placed in wells of housing of gear-type pump; said wells are simultaneously electrolyzer -bath. Above mentioned bridge is arranged in upper portion of electrodes and it is in the form of hollow T-piece connecting cavities of electrodes one with another and with pipeline of pumping system. Each cylinder of electrode has along its whole length openings arranged in two mutually normal planes for supplying electrolyte to oxidizing zone and for self-agitation of electrolyte. EFFECT: enhanced quality of oxide coating, lowered time period of microarc oxidizing process, increased efficiency of process. 1 tbl, 2 dwg |
