PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for providing videos for seats, which easily recognizes the condition of the outside without exerting a physical influence upon passengers. SOLUTION: The system for providing videos for seats which provides videos for a passenger sitting in a passenger's seat 5 is provided with a video display device for reproducing supplied videos together with sounds, a storage means 20 which is provided in the periphery of the seat and can store the main body of the video display device and is provided with a lock means for stopping the stored main body of the video display device from being taken out, a general control means for supplying various videos to the video display device and controlling the video display device and the lock means, and a display control means for selectively displaying various information videos supplied from the general control means, on the video display device.
