<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal form suitable for Tig welding (an arc welding method of a gas-shield nonconsumable electrode system) which is not affected by dimensional accuracy between terminals to be connected, concerning the connection of lead wires from electrical components of an electric generator a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The purpose is achieved by providing a crossed projection longer than the volume of the welding part of a terminal in the vicinity of the welding part, and controlling the welding depth of welding by a heat capacity difference arising from the difference of the volumes, or controlling welding by accelerating heat radiation. Accordingly, the depth of welding becomes stable without being affected by the dimensional accuracy between terminals, thus providing an AC generator for a vehicle high in reliability in the connection of the lead wires from the electric components. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
