摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely conduct normal determination after error determination of a control system. <P>SOLUTION: When deviation of an actual measurement value CAIN against a targeted value CAINCMD is over upper limit side acceptable deviation CAIN 56BH or lower limit side deviation CAIN56BL, the error of the control system is determined, and if error determination is conducted again after that, a lower limit value CAIN56B+CAIN56BL and an upper limit value CAIN56-CAIN56BH are calculated from an actual measurement value at error determination CAIN56 B and the acceptable deviations CAIN56BH and CAIN56BL, and the normal determination is permitted when a formula, CAINCMD>CAIN56B+CAIN56BL or CAINCMD<CAIN56B-CAIN56BH, is true. Thus, when the error determination is conducted again after the error determination because of fixation of the accurate measurement value CAIN, it is prevented that the normal determination is conducted by mistake although the fixation of the accurate measurement value CAIN is not dissolved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p>
