PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strength sufficient for appropriate holding of equipment to be assembled by forming a mounting base which is an apparatus body on which equipment such as a fluorescent tube, a reflecting plate, a terminal stage, and a ballast are assembled as a thin shelf board or a decorative plate, with no feeling of pressure. SOLUTION: The mounting base to which equipment such as the fluorescent tube, the reflecting plate, the terminal stage, and the ballast are assembled is made from a metal material such as an aluminum material and a steel material on the upper surface side, with a lower surface side being flat. A long flat plate is extruded in the longitudinal direction by a continuous cross-section contour which protrudes like a reinforcing rib in which the reflecting plate and mounting seats for the equipment are continuously integrated on the upper surface side.
