PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency heating device favorably observing the heating state of foods. SOLUTION: This high frequency heating device is provided with a heating chamber 2 storing the foods 1, a door 6 freely opened closed and having a transparent window 9 in the front surface of the heating chamber 2, and a high frequency oscillation device for feeding microwave energy to the heating chamber 1. The transparent window 9 of the door 6 comprises a glass pane 7 formed with a transparent and conductive film 8 having the film thickness 5-6μm and the conductivity of 7.7×105 s/m or more and composed of indium oxide and tin oxide, and the side of the transparent and conductive film 8 formed on the glass pane 7 is attached facing to the outside, or being opposed to the side of the heating chamber 1.
