<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cash dispenser system requiring the inputs of different personal data when operated and capable of easily and rapidly performing ATM-related processings by easily controlling information on multiple card amounts, a portable terminal device, and a financial institute account trade method. <P>SOLUTION: An identification part 13 compares character string information inputted by an information input part 14 with a use permission information stored in a personal information holding part 11. When both match with each other, a control part 17 extracts applicable account number information and account personal identification number information from a plurality of account information held by the personal information holding part 11. An ATM communication part 12 transmits the extracted information to an ATM device 20.
