PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that an extension telephone of VoIP termination cannot be specified among a plurality of extension telephones being contained from a source terminal on the IP network side. SOLUTION: A VoIPT 20 comprising an ODT side interface 30 being connected with a PBX 10, and a gate side interface 40 being connected with an IP network and transmitting/receiving a call control signal and a voice signal between the ODT side interface 30 and the gate side interface 40 is further provided with an RAM 25 for storing a plurality of IP addresses attached to the gate side interface in correspondence with the line numbers of a plurality of extension telephones 4 being connected with the ODT side interface, and an MPU 26 for retrieving a corresponding line number upon receiving an IP address from the IP network through the gate side interface and performing VoIP terminating operation to an extension telephone 4 of the retrieved line number through the ODT side interface 30.
