PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow medical treatment organizations to easily know information on the degree of exhaustion of medical equipment used by the organizations and also medical equipment administration sides installed in the medical treatment organizations to detect the states of the medical treatment organizations.

SOLUTION: To obtain the degree of exhaustion of parts forming the medical equipment installed in the medical treatment organizations 3001 to 3003 such as hospitals, the details of the operation of the medical equipment are notified to a server 2000. According to the details of the received information, the server 2000 estimates the degree of the exhaustion of the parts, and calculates the residual value of the medical equipment. The calculated results can be viewed by the medical treatment organizations by utilizing an Internet browser.
