PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide conductive particles which can follow the change in distance between terminals when making electrical connection between terminals using the conductive particles, and which have little peeling and elution of resin from the particles when the particles are mixed. SOLUTION: The conductive particle 5 has a core material particle 4, a metal coating layer 2 formed on the core material particle 4, and an insulating resin layer 6 formed on the metal coating layer 2. The insulating resin layer 6 is composed of a graft resin and is chemically bonded with the core material particle 4. In addition, an elution test by using a solvent, in which the insulating resin composing the insulating resin layer 6 can dissolve, exhibits that the conductive particle 5 exhibits the amount of elution of≤2.0%.
