PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sale assisting system which enables a user to receive a purchased commodity at a desired place.

SOLUTION: A sale assisting device 10 is equipped with an acquisition part 110 which obtains user identification information for identifying the user who bought a commodity at least one of stores, a storage part 120 which stores the user identification information while making it correspond to the commodity bought at the store, a delivery destination acquisition part 140 which obtains delivery destination information specifying the commodity reception place that the user specifies and the user identification information on the user, and a delivery processing part 150 which performs processing for delivering the commodity made by the storage part 120 to correspond to the user identification information that the delivery destination acquisition part 140 obtains to the place specified with the delivery destination information that the delivery destination acquisition part 140 obtains.
