PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent degradation in the reliability of a magnetic disk drive by efficiently cleaning the atmospheric component flowing into the device through a vent hole even when the concentration and humidity of the contaminated gas in the external environment are high. SOLUTION: After the atmospheric component flowing into the drive from the vent hole is passed through a first gas adsorption unit, the atmospheric component is introduced into a buffer chamber and further the gas passed through a second adsorption unit from the buffer chamber is introduced into the drive.
