PURPOSE: A display unit built-up structure is provided to prevent a foodstuff from being adhered to the gap formed between the display window and the mounting hole, while allowing for ease of assembly. CONSTITUTION: A display unit built-up structure comprises a front panel(20) having a mounting hole formed at the front surface of the main body of the front panel, a plurality of installation holes formed underneath the mounting hole, and a fixing portion(23) formed at both sides of the mounting hole; a display window(30) inserted into the mounting hole of the front panel, and which has a stopper portion(31); a unit case fixed to the fixing portion of the front panel through a coupling member(70), and which has a space formed at the inside of the unit case, an insertion hole formed at the front surface of the main body of the unit case, a plurality of connection holes formed underneath the insertion hole, and a coupling hole formed at both sides of the main body of the unit case; a substrate(50) arranged in the space of the unit case, and which has an operation display portion(51) and an operating portion(52); and a stopper unit(60) formed at both ends of the space of the unit case so as to control the substrate in the space.
