PURPOSE: A method for producing a cosmetic composition by encapsulating dipalmitoylhydroxyproline and soy isoflavones effective for formation and stabilization of collagen and elastin into a liposome or a nanoemulsion is provided. Therefore, the cosmetic shows enhanced moisturizing effect and inhibiting effect on the formation of skin wrinkles. CONSTITUTION: A liposome contains 0.01 to 10% by weight of each of dipalmitoylhydroxyproline and soy isoflavones, 1 to 5% by weight of lecithin, 1 to 5% by weight of a solubilizer and 20 to 50% by weight of capric/caprylic triglyceride, glycerol and alcohol. A cosmetic composition contains 0.01 to 20.0% by weight of liposome and/or nanoemulsions having a particle size of 30 to 130nm. The solubilizer is PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil.
