PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect a temperature of a pan placed on a top plate in an induction heating cooking device. SOLUTION: The induction heating cooking device is provided with the pan for cooking an object to be heated, the top plate for placing the pan, a heating coil heating the pan, an inverter supplying a high frequency current to the heating coil and heating the pan by electromagnetic induction, and a plurality of temperature detecting parts arranged in a coil upper part neighborhood of a top plate lower face. Since a temperature of a portion of a heated pan bottom is detected via the top plate, temperature detection with high responsiveness and accuracy can be carried out. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
