It comprises a lock member 27 that locks at least one face facing the opening part 12A of the case 2 of the battery 11, a guide part 28 that guides the lock member 27 capable of movement along one face facing the opening part 12A of the case 2 of the battery 11, between the lock position where the lock member 27 locks the battery 11 and the unlock position where the lock member 27 releases the locking state with the battery 11, a spring member 29 that energizes the lock member 27 guided by the guide member 28 to the lock position side, and an operating part 40 that operates to move the lock member 27 to the unlock position side against the energizing force of the spring member 29.
