PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-made box 1 whose structure is simple and whose roof 2 can be fitted to the upper side of the main body 3 when the box 1 is fitted upside down. SOLUTION: The resin-made box 1 is provided with cut portions 4 in the top plate 3a of the main body 3 and in a backside edge of a bottom plate 3b and a roof fitting claw 5 is provided in a roof 2, which is attachable to both of the top plate 3a and bottom plate 3b of the resin-made box 1, so that the box 1 can be fitted upside down.
