PURPOSE: A system for providing a remote service using a CCS(Compact Communication Server) is provided to offer high-quality services without an additional cost by compatibly processing data exchange with various kinds of terminals and rapidly and exactly transmitting relevant data to a desired destination through a previously constructed high-speed Internet network. CONSTITUTION: A CCS(100) is comprised of a power supply part(210), a communication interface part(220), a remote monitoring and management interface part(230), a data transmission and security interface part(240), a terminal interface part(250), a CPU(260), a memory part(270), and a status display part(280). The power supply part(210) rectifies AC power into DC power and supplies it to each component. The communication interface part(220) adjusts the type, operation speed and operation timing of data, supplied through a communication network(300) or transmitted to the communication network(300), and executes interfacing for intercommunication. The remote monitoring and management interface part(230) executes interfacing so as to monitor and manage the status of the CCS in a remote place. The data transmission and security interface part(240) executes stable data communication using an SSL(Secure Socket Layer). The terminal interface part(250), connected to various kinds of terminals, executes buffering in order to adjust the type, operation speed and operation timing of data according to the kind of each terminal. The CPU(260) controls the receiving and storing of various data supplied from the terminal interface part(250). The memory part(270), interconnected with the CPU(260), stores the information of each terminal connected to the CCS(100). The status display part(280), connected with the CPU(260), displays the flow of data and the present status of the CCS(100) according to the control signals supplied from the CPU(260).
