PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire contents from the outside according to user authority information and to record the contents on an information recording medium. SOLUTION: Additional information is reproduced from a reproduced signal read from an information recording medium 15 by an information reproducing part 16, and main information is acquired from the outside according to the user authority information contained in the additional information and recorded on the information recording medium 15 by an information recording part 14.
