PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a display surface and the array of pixels so that the display surface is perpendicular to a measure and that the array of the pixels agrees with the moving direction of the measure. SOLUTION: Although the rotational center in the direction A and the rotational center in the direction B exist in the display surface, the rotational center in the direction C does not exist in the display surface. Because the adjustment is performed according to the order of A, B and C, there arises no problem even when the rotational center in the direction C does not exist in the display surface.
