PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyor system capable of eliminating congestion further than conventional devices, and reducing load on a main conveyance line. SOLUTION: This conveyor system 2 comprises a main conveyance line 104, a plurality of sub-line conveyors 101a, 102a, and 103a forming a loop to the main conveyance line, and merchandise shelves disposed along the sub- conveyance lines. As merchandise 101b, 101c, 102b, 102c, 103b, and 103c placed on the merchandise shelves are packed to conveyance boxes flowing on the main conveyance line, the conveyance boxes packed with the merchandise are returned from the sub-conveyance lines to the main conveyance line, and the merchandise in the conveyance boxes is packaged at a packaging work place 106b for execution of merchandise packaging on the main conveyance line 104. A bypass line 300 is provided to connect the packaging work place 106b to the sub-conveyance line. In case packing to the conveyance box on the sub- conveyance line is completed with the last charge of merchandise to the conveyance box, the conveyance box is moved to packaging work execution area through the bypass line.
