PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce fuel cost of a gas turbine and reuse waste organic solvent as industrial waste. SOLUTION: The waste organic solvent and kerosene are used as fuels of the gas turbine, and each of the fuels is supplied to a reservoir tank through a pump provided on a common passage. The fuels supplied to the gas turbine generator are switched, while maintaining a constant pressure for supplying the fuels to the gas turbine generator by gradually switching the fuels in the reservoir tank, and controlling the gas turbine generator in response to a calorific value.
