PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor material which has a satisfactory level precision, no bleeding and no cracks and peeling, can be carried by an agitator car and can obtain a smooth floor face only by spreading with a spatula or a trowel, and to provide a floor material which can easily be produced compared with the conventional self-leveling material without requiring special equipment. SOLUTION: The high fluidity mortar composition contains the one obtained by adding 10 to 40 pts.wt. water to 100 pts.wt. of a mixture of cement with an aggregate consisting of natural sand or crushed sand in a weight ratio of 75/25 to 20/80 as a base material, and consists of a polycarboxylic acid based water-reducing admixture alone or in combination with a melamine based water- reducing admixture by 0.05 to 2 pts.wt., a crack preventive by 0.1 to 2 pts.wt., a binder by 0.01 to 1 pt.wt., a separation preventive by 0.005 to 1 pt.wt. and a defoaming agent by 0.01 to 1 pt.wt.
