PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a resin film laminated metal plate generating no waste of a metal plate and a resin, excellent in production efficiency, high in the recycling efficiency of a resin film and predominant in economical efficiency. SOLUTION: A molten resin flowing down from a T-die using an extruder is solidified on a rotary cooling roll to form a resin film. This resin film is continuously laminated on the metal plate to manufacture the resin film laminated metal plate. This manufacturing method can be alternately transferred to a process for laminating the resin film on the metal plate and a process for taking up the resin film without laminating the same.
