PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the construction period of a foundation structure part of a building or the like and to construct the foundation structure part of precise strength. SOLUTION: This foundation structure part 1 is provided with foundation piles 2, footings 3 provided at the top edges of the foundation piles 2; and footing beams 4 provided between the footings 3.
