PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of the mounting work of a bridge falling prevention device to be provided, for example, on a bridge, in a construction method for mounting the bridge falling prevention device. SOLUTION: The temporary fixing sheath assembly 1 for bridge falling prevention device comprises at least a bearing plate 2 having a cable insert hole extended to both sides thereof, a sheath 3 fixed to one side of the bearing plate, a fixing member fixed to the other side of the bearing plate 2 in conformation to the cable insert hole to fix a cable, and a cap 9 fixed to the other side of the bearing plate so as to cover the fixing member. The construction method of bridge falling prevention device for mounting the bridge falling prevention device comprises installing the temporary fixing sheath assembly into a form by fixing the opening-side end part of the sheath to the form, placing concrete in the form, releasing the form after the concrete is hardened, opening the sheath opening-side end part, inserting the cable from the opening-side end part and fixing it to the fixing member.
