PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a methacrylic resin having mildew-proofing and antimicrobial properties and excellent in transparency. SOLUTION: The antimicrobial methacrylic resin comprises a mixture of antimicrobial agents, where the mixture of antimicrobial agents contains as effective ingredients a haloalkylthio-based antimicrobial agent, a pyridine-based antimicrobial agent, an organic iodine-containing antimicrobial agent, a thiazole- based antimicrobial agent and a benzimidazole-based antimicrobial agent.
