Synthetic antigens for CD1-restricted immune responses

摘要

Synthetic antigens which comprise hydrophobic and hydrophilic components are provided for inducing CD1-restricted T cell responses in mammals. Further provided are methods for using these antigens and compositions which are combinations of CD1-recognized synthetic antigens, additional antigens, adjuvants and other substances that induce immune responses.
