<p>The invention relates to a superfine flame agent having smoke suppression, which has the following composition: [Mg2+1 - xA13+x (OH)2](CO)2 x/2?mH2O, wherein 0.2<(x/ 1-x)<0.5, m+1-3x/2; and preparation of the same. The coprecipitation reaction is conducted in an all backmixing liquid membrane reactor under the liquid-liquid two-phase. In order to form superfine flame retardant powder having homogeneous size distribution, the nucleation and the crystallization are respectively performed under the controlled nucleating and producing condition. The flame retardant agent can be used for thermoplastic resin and thermosetting resin.</p> |
